I am serving on the program committee of the Eastern European Machine Learning Summer School that has been organized by a number of amazing people (Doina Precup, Razvan Pascanu, Viorica Patraucean) to bring cutting-edge ML to Eastern Europe. The next edition will be in Poland, locally organized by Jacek Tabor and Wojtek Czarneczki.
